Positive Behavior Guidelines
We believe discipline shall include positive guidance, modeling, and redirection to another more appropriate activity, as well as setting clear cut limits that foster the child’s ability to become self disciplined. Behavior expectations shall be clear and understandable to the child, shall be consistent, and be explained to the child before and at the time of any disciplinary action. The goal is to teach children to be responsible for their actions which can be obtained by children having a clear understanding of right from wrong.
